FEATURE
High Voltage winding
The high-voltage winding is made of aluminum foil and high-quality insulating foil. The wire cake is placed in a heating mold and poured with a specially formulated resin in a vacuum tank. Vacuum casting evacuates the gas in the winding to ensure low partial discharge of the transformer. Because the thermal expansion coefficients of aluminum foil and cast resin are very similar, the thermal stress caused by load changes is kept to a minimum to improve the crack resistance of the winding.
Foil windings combine simple technology with a high degree of electrical safety. Compared with other types of windings, insulation withstands less electrical stress. In traditional round wire windings, the inter-turn voltage can reach twice the inter-layer voltage. One layer of the foil winding has only one turn, so the electrical stress remains constant, and the winding can withstand high power frequency voltage and impulse voltage.
Low voltage winding
The dielectric stress of the low-voltage winding is very small. This kind of winding is made of a single piece of aluminum foil or copper foil and insulated with resin impregnated glass fiber cloth in the middle.
Fire Safety
Use flame retardant and self-extinguishing materials, no additional materials. Internal arcs and external fires caused by electrical faults will not cause the transformer to explode or burn. After extinguishing the fire source, the transformer will self-extinguish. This design structure has been approved by fire protection agencies in many countries and can be used in residential buildings and other types of buildings. After several tests, it has been proved that the burning residue of the transformer is not harmful to the environment.

Overload capacity
After installing the radial cooling fan, the transformer can be permanently overloaded by 50%. As long as the maximum temperature of the coil is not exceeded within the overload time, short-term overload is negligible.
Temperature monitoring
Each transformer is equipped with a temperature indicator, and three temperature sensors are installed in the low-voltage winding. The temperature indicator can output fault, alarm and trip signals to protect the transformer. The sensor is used to detect the maximum temperature of the winding.
