Performance and characteristics:
The core material that is high quality cold silicon sheet adopt 45° multistep full mitre joint with integrative fastening, thus improving flux distribution at joint, reducing the seismic energy of core, no-load loss, no-load current and sound effectively. The high quality copper of class F insulation and international advanced insulation material are used for HV winding, and  for high capacity winding, heat dissipation airway in axial will be used, thus having a good performance of anti-current surge, anti-temperature variation, anti-crack and heat dissipation. The winding adopts multi-stage subsection cylinder construction with strong capacity of withstanding overvoltage and low partial discharge level, after vacuum drying, the process of pouring and solidify of winding molds will be achieved according to proforma process curves, and precision process control insure that there is no pore. The LV winding is of foil type to solve the problem of unbalanced ampere-turn of low-voltage and high -current winding with wire-wound, meanwhile, there is no axial turn and winding helical angle for foil-type winding, it can remove the axial force at short circuit effectively to insure that the current density can be adjusted in axial according to load distribution of HV winding, and reduce radial force at LV sudden short circuit. The end of winding will be sealed and solidified by resin to avoid various foreign matters and humidity.
